| SYSTEMS & ALGORITHM DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
- PLEASANTON, CA |
| Responsible for the development of
analysis algorithms for graphics
processing, spatial outlier filtering,
image analysis, de-convolution and
non-linear matrix algebra including
implementation in software. Duties
include software optimization for
efficient handling of high volume data;
testing and evaluation of new software
systems; hardware software interface
design, development, testing; and GUI
development. Firmware design,
development, implementation and testing
including host communications protocols
(TCP/IP) and optimized data analysis and
manipulation. Participate in software
quality control and management; CAD
design of various opto-mechanical
instrument components; mechanical and
software failure mode analysis; and
small LAN systems administration.
Occasional travel for implementation of
new software/hardware systems required.
Interfacing with customers to determine
optimal approach to specific customer
requirements. |

Requirements |
| Requires MS Degree in Computer
Science or Mechanical Engineering and 3
years experience in job offered or a
related position in Software Engineering
or Electrical Engineering, or any
suitable combination of education,
training, or experience. |
